Our facility is in a great geographical position that offers as much outdoor training as it does indoor. Set in a rural location, Unit3 PT offers a relaxed and non-intimidating atmosphere that enhances the training experience for the client and the trainer.
From working out on the river with our kayaks, enhancing your cardio capability with the mountain bikes on the myriad of trails surrounding our facility, flipping tyres to pulling weight sleds, the opportunities are endless.

Co-Owner Lee is an award winning PT and nutritionist, and a highly respected Sport and Exercise Scientist. Lee now also mentors newly qualified trainers, and regularly lectures on sustainable health and wellness to corporate, educational and medical audiences.
Co-Owner Chris is a fully qualified Golf Professional and Personal Trainer. He has spent time around elite level sportsmen for many years and specializes in golf specific fitness and power. After undergoing major back surgery, Chris has a great understanding of being able to train pain free.
Stephanie is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and a Level 3 BASI Qualified Ski Instructor. Stephanie enjoys inspiring others to achieve their personal goals by offering a variety of training methods and is particularly skilled in sport specific training including skiing, hockey and rugby
Nik is a fully qualified personal trainer who thrives on encouraging people to push their limits to achieve their specific training goals. For the past five years Nik has helped his client base to lose weight, become fitter and stronger and to also excel in many different sporting environments
Josh is a qualified personal trainer who focuses on correct postural alignment to allow clients to reach their full potential by utilising various training methods. He has a high skill level with kettlebells and has competed in numerous obstacle runs and road races
Lisa is a qualified personal trainer who believes sport and fitness is the best medicine for both body and mind. as every person is different Lisa tailors her workouts to meet each unique individuals goals.
Lisa is also a keen voleyball player
Luke is a qualified personal trainer with a degree in sport and exercise science. He combines his knowledge in sports physiology, psychology and coaching to design workout plans for each induvidual client. Luke is from a footballing background and likes to combine sport specific training with strength training.
Hazell is a fully qualified personal trainer who loves to incorporate different kinds of training to her clients programs.
